About Cancelling or No Showing for Appointments

This is the Cancellation/No Show Fee Policy:
 

Due to the volume of clients in need of services, each appointment is valuable to both you as the client and to True Essence Counseling and Consulting to maintain the efficiency of the practice; therefore, appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance excluding holidays and weekends.

 

For example, if calling to cancel a Monday appointment, the cancellation must be made by Friday. If canceling over a holiday, the holiday itself does not count as normal business hours.

 

Clients who do not cancel appointments within 24 hours will be charged their no show/late cancellation rate.

 

Email and text reminders are sent for each appointment as a courtesy; therefore, clients who do not show up for their appointments will be charged the late cancellation/no show fee.  If the email or text does not arrive, they are still responsible for the fee.  Therefore, be sure to be aware of upcoming appointments.

 

Emergencies may occur that prevent attendance at scheduled appointment times. If notice is given to the practice, the late cancellation fee may be waived. Notice may be made via email, phone, or text at 610.659-2744.

Please remember to always, always explain what is going on when you need to cancel an appointment, whether it be for a minor or a major reason. 
 
To us, what is far more important is knowing that you are safe and sound.

Cancellations or No Shows that aren't explained by the end of business will be subject to the cancellation/no show fee, regardless of if the session is cancelled. 
 
That is how important that is to us.
